What is a story? Or... what does a story do?

A story alters us. It changes who we are. In a story we will find ourselves, lose ourselves and return, changed, reformed.

We make stories and in return they make us who we are. It is the tale of Gods and Universes. That in the long run we end up creating ourselves. Or each other. Or both.
